To request a refund, email us at support@guardrly.com within 30 days of your purchase with:

  • Your account email address
  • Your transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt)

We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page at app.guardrly.com/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
